About MedjetAssist
MedjetAssist is the exclusive provider of worldwide medical evacuation and repatriation services for AARP members. With a Medjet membership, if you become ill or injured while traveling more than 150 miles from home and require inpatient hospital care - virtually anywhere in the world - Medjet will arrange comprehensive medical transportation to the hospital of your choice. Medjet utilizes a global network of affiliate aircraft that are permanently configured as mobile intensive care units, staffed with specially trained medical teams. The membership fee covers all transport costs from bedside to bedside.
Medjet offers discounted membership rates starting at $205 annually for an individual and $315 for a family for AARP members up to age 75. That’s an 18% discount!
Medjet also offers AARP members discounted rates on its Diamond Membership which is available to members from age 75 up to 85 and its Platinum Membership for members age 85 plus.
