Now until March 31, 2010 AARP Members can save up to 40% on every rental when you use AARP/Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) # A359851. Your member discount is valid at participating Avis airport and neighborhood locations in the contiguous U.S. and Canada.
PLUS, if the AARP discount ID is listed on your rental agreement, you’ll also get:
- Enhanced primary liability insurance coverage of $25,000/$50,000/$10,000 at participating locations
- Maximum personal liability of $5,000 for damages to the rental car at participating locations if you decline to purchase the loss/damage waiver option. (Review your personal auto insurance policy to determine if you need to purchase this option; certain credit card companies may provide this benefit at no charge. If you do not purchase the waiver, the AARP benefit will limit your responsibility for damages to the rental car to no more than $5,000.)
