Reservation is required by calling 1-866-470-7374 and mentioning the AARP Budget Truck Rental account #56000058459 at the time of reservation or booking online at budgettruck.com/aarp – the AARP Budget Truck Rental account number may not be presented at the rental counter. Confirmation number will be provided to customer upon completion of reservation. The following offer is subject to availability at participating U.S. locations and some blackout dates may apply. 24-hour advance reservation required. Offer is based on U.S. currency. AARP Association Rates discount is 20% off time and mileage of “The Best Available Rate” for rentals picked up Sunday through Thursday; or 10% off time and mileage of “The Best Available Rate for rentals picked up Friday – Saturday. Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, coupons, special promotions, or commercial rates. Rates may vary by location and time of year. Taxes, fees, and surcharges are extra. Renter must meet Budget Truck Rental’s age, driver and credit requirements. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters or additional drivers under 24 years of age. Budget Truck Rental offers all AARP members Physical Damage Waiver (PDW) at a reduced rate of $10.00 per day, which will be offered with each qualifying rental, where the member, subject to the terms and conditions in the Rental Agreement, has $0 responsibility for any loss or damage including theft or vandalism to the truck (overhead damage and curbing of tires are excluded from this damage waiver). Member has the right to waive this offer and/or select other products or services at additional cost at time of rental. PDW is available at all U.S. corporate and participating licensee locations. Offer is void where prohibited by law and has no cash value. “The Best Available Rate” defined as the lowest publicly available on-line rate to Budget Truck customers. See your total on your reservation confirmation for the list of applicable charges. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are available for U.S. residents only.
